3. Service Fees and Payment Terms
Our services are fee-based. However, in line with industry practices and operational protocols:

Fees may be disclosed at the beginning or end of the service, depending on the nature, complexity, and jurisdiction of the case.

In some cases, initial consultation or investigation may be provided free of charge, followed by applicable service fees upon service completion.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Recovery outcomes are subject to the cooperation of third-party institutions (banks, platforms, regulators), jurisdictional limitations, and case complexity.
Your use of our Services is at your own risk. We offer our services on a "best effort" basis and disclaim liability for failed recoveries.
5. User Responsibilities
